Day 4 — Following the Migration • Morning: Follow columns of migrating wildebeest and zebras. • Experience: Dedicated hours tracking the mega-herds and their predators. • Afternoon: Lesser-traveled loops seeking out hidden pockets. • Evening: Second night at your Serengeti camp. Day 5 — Serengeti Plains to Ngorongoro Rim • Morning: Final Serengeti drive maximising predator viewing. • Afternoon: Ascend the scenic roads to the crater highlands. • Evening: Spectacular sunset from a crater-rim lodge. Day 6 — Full Day on the Crater Floor • Morning: Early descent to beat the crowds and catch morning hunters. • Wildlife: Endangered black rhinos and massive old bull elephants. • Lunch: Picnic watching hippos in the pool. • Evening: Ascend and relax at a lodge in Karatu or on the rim. Day 7 — Highlands to Arusha • Morning: Green crater highlands or a local community visit. • Afternoon: Drive back through panoramic viewpoints. • Evening: Arrive in Arusha for your evening flight or overnight.
